RARE! C.1926 BECKLEY RALSTON Solid Steel Shaft PUTTER
Here is a rare find! This great club is one of two we have seen since 1988. In 1926 Beckley Ralston made this unusual putter (AG 384) with a solid steel shaft and a leather wrapped square grip with a black and red decorative plastic shaft protector. Pete Georgiady discusses the club on pages 88, 92, and 145, in his 1995 book, Collecting Antique Golf Clubs. This club has been played and is somewhat worn, but it is still playable.
