The kit includes the carrying case, instructions, the wrench for changing the putter face inserts and the Titanium face insert. Of the two inserts available, the softer polymer face insert was in almost all of these putters when the were sent from the factory. If you are looking at your putter, the polymer insert is black in color. Condition: Again, this kit is BRAND NEW!
